Life coaching is not about looking into the past but about where you are now - where you want to be and how you are going to get there.

Life coaching will give you the support and encouragement to get the results you want, whether it is in your personal or professional life.

How frequent and how long are the sessions?

This depends on what you want to achieve and when you want to achieve it by.

At your first session, we agree a programme to work to, that will be realistic to meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals.

Sessions are held face to face or by telephone. Face to face sessions last up to one hour. Telephone sessions are usually 30 - 40 minutes.

Is it a long term commitment?

Life coaching is not open-ended, the sessions last for a fixed period of time.

With life coaching, you will learn how to make decisions and follow through with action; increase your self-confidence so that you believe in your capabilities and realise your true potential and make the dream, reality.
