Frequently Asked Questions

A Hypnotherapist can not force you to go into hypnosis against your will or make you do anything you do not want to do.

When you wake in the morning and are still half asleep.
When you daydream? or just drift off in your mind, perhaps imagining a place you would like to go to, or what you need to eat that evening?
All of the above are examples of a hypnotic state - a "trance" state. Hypnosis is a state that we are naturally in and out of all day, every day.
So when you enter hypnosis using hypnotherapy, it will feel very familiar. You will be "in control" and should you wish to come out of your trance at any time, you will be able to.
